We stayed 1 night after a trip from Victoria. Check in was quick, we were immediately surprised while walking the corridor to our room how dark and dingy things seemed.
Our room was a city view, which means a parking lot view. The room was large with a fireplace, but very dated by today's standards for hotels. There is a constant odor of creosote from the piers in our room. Definitely not worth the $600 a nite we paid.

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The restaurants were outstanding with delicious food and excellent service, and the lounge was the perfect place to relax after a day out. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the area and get to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
