The property is well located, clean and prices were reasonable. I stayed for 15 days and wish they at least replenished the coffee/tea bags, soap, cleaning liquid etc. The property has maintenance issues with the toilet flush not working properly and the dishwasher was psychotic - it started flashing red lights and making strange sounds to wake me up! The saving grace was that even at midnight the front desk person could come up and figure out how to unplug it.
Overall a good experience and I will stay there again.

Clean room and good location. Wish I had brought my own pillow along, but the rooms were comfortable.
The beds were large and firm.
Lovely bath and ability to watch TV from the tub!
We had issues with Netflix not connecting but concierge helped us identify there was a cable not connected in back of TV.
Pleasant stay and lovely little hotel.

Staff were friendly, but breakfast was ordinary, having to make a cup of tea, using the coffee machine was frustrating. Also charging for coffee is a bit rude when I paid $40 for breakfast.

This is a pleasant hotel to stay in. Good local restaurants, convenient to Arundel Mall and to Adelaide Oval.Lots of interesting walks nearby. The hotel is old but very well maintained. Good size rooms and a comfortable bed. There is an excellent bar and breakfast was better than most (the sourdough rye bread was delicious). Highly recommended.
