There was hair in the shower and the house keeping did not clean my room or change my sheets through my whole stay. Don’t stay here

This was a very nice hotel. Very spacious room and clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Being in the downtown area it is right across the street from restaurants and Crypto Arena if you're interested in a Basketball or Hockey Game. My husband and I were visiting California for the very first time and taking a cruise out of Long Beach so opted for the convenience of walking since we didn't have a vehicle but did utilize Lyft from the airport, for a Paramount tour we did across town, and to get to the cruise port. The one downside is no continental breakfast. Everything in LA is expensive so we found a breakfast spot one day nearby that wasn't bad and did pay $40 the next day for both of us to eat at the hotel. It's not a buffet but a breakfast meal type of menu. I got a sandwich with OJ and my husband got scrambled eggs, bacon, hash brown potatoes, and toast with OJ. It comes in a plastic container with a lid. If you're a coffee drinker I believe that is free and there's a Starbucks nearby too. I would definitely stay again if in the area for the convenience.

Great lobby. Nice bar. Bartender was super nice. The room was very small but clean and nice. I imagine other rooms are bigger. The pool closed at 7 and there’s no hot tub. That was disappointing but otherwise a really nice place.

On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

Love the property! They have a restaurant on site, the location is walking distance to restaurants, coffee and Trader Joe’s. Perfect for a morning walk!

Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay.
