Mindoro All inclusive Holidays

Small, but clean room that was nicely decorated. The staff brought bags up to the room before we arrived back for check in. They were helpful and kind. Close location to terminal 1. A simple inn with no lobby and a few rooms, but nice for what we needed.

I like the location where it was located and easy to check in. But when going inside the room the floor was dirty and the aircone is leaking so there is water on the floor. And the master bedrooms bed is broken one legs. Overall it just need to be deep clean and marinated the place

hotel itself is visually stunning, would stay here again if I never had to leave the property because when you stay here there's no need to ever leave. lol. also, idk if this just a Manila thing because of the humidity but the room was very... mildewy. I was only there 24 hrs so it didn't bother me though.

The hotel is set in a really great location. A few minutes walk from Terminal 3 arrivals and departures. Out the back door is a large shopping neighbpurhood, great for supermsrket or restaurant food and other items. The only downside was the staff handing out pamphlets or leaflets for advertising and marketing at the entrance and exit to the lifts. I don't know why the hotel needs to have people giving out spam and bothering the guests at that location. It's completely unnecessary. They would ask the same question every time a guest walked past, so you would have to say no to them multiple times a day. If I stay at a hotel, I do not want to be handed pamphlets like I would be on the street somewhere. It's very tacky.

We wanted to experience the city of dreams but if you are not into gambling don’t like the smell of smoke and have a young toddler, it’s not ideal, otherwise it’s a modern hotel with good service, but not on the level of Shangri-La if you compare them. It’s a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Lots of dining options but not much to do within walking distance once outside the hotel.

Very convenient the location

We wanted to experience the city of dreams but if you are not into gambling don’t like the smell of smoke and have a young toddler, it’s not ideal, otherwise it’s a modern hotel with good service, but not on the level of Shangri-La if you compare them. It’s a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Lots of dining options but not much to do within walking distance once outside the hotel.

The staff are helpful and courteous . We had a pleasant stay.
