A good stay in Cape Town

Beautiful view, friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms

Staff was very helpful and the area was quiet.

Quiet and good location. Breakfast good and friendly staff. Beds comfortable but terrible pillows. Way too large/thick for any woman and no thinner ones available

The staff was very accommodating and Professional. The lobby team was always available and I loved that everyone assumed responsibility for whatever needed to be done, from our check-in with Luke to our check-out with Lily. There wasn’t anyone who would shift the responsibility of a task to someone else. The Porters were always friendly, and had some great restaurant recommendations when we wanted to dine elsewhere. Breakfast was wonderful, and our waiters were very accommodating in helping us pack our breakfast to catch the ferry as we were running late. Avril and the dining room staff were very courteous and friendly! I loved the staff here, and loved the facility as well. We didn’t use the pool as it’s an outdoor )rooftop 8th floor). Definitely money well spent!

Listed as mountain view but could only see a car park! Very cold, not able to turn air-con on to change it to heat despite asking twice. There was 1 electric fire in the apartment and another was supplied when we complained how cold it was, but only half of the 2nd one worked. The apartment is booked through WHosting, this is separate to the permanent hotel staff at recently so they cannot help. Great location though and nice to have a washing machine, though clothes took a while to dry as so cold and the clothes airer was broken
