Room large and clean - good nights sleep - big bathroom

Everything was neat and glean, staff and service was fantastic

Average view from our balcony as we were at the side. Looked like permanent residents in other buildings. Shower pressure was not very high. Room was smaller than looked on website and we were upgraded!! No high definition tv, so won't get any channel 7 etc. Need new pillows, so soft and flat. There is a great Thai restaurant downstairs in hotel ,beautiful meals and you get 10% off for staying at hotel. The Lady we had at the reception was very welcoming, greeted us beautifully and was very helpful. So was a couple of nice thing's, but room was very very average.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Most of the hot buffet was dried out and not fresh looking. Little choices of bread selection or if they had choices, nothing was replenished. Also we were woken up early at about 0800hrs with an alarm sounding, it sounded like a fire door alarm and it was so annoying.

For me it's as simple as this. Seasoned staff, management that takes responsibility. A coordinated focused team...so if everything was going to hell in a hand basket, I'd never know. Id have great meals, swim in the pool, be looked after relax and be comfortable, for me, that's ideal. The group here, that's normal for them.

10/10 for everything the staff were all so sweet and accomidating The room was clean,quiet and comforatable and the hotel was close to everything would stay here again if we are ever back in adelaide
