Our arrival was in the wee hours of the morning but the host was able to get me and my daughter safely in our apartment. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Everything about the place was wonderful, comfort and light. It was easy to get around the city with private driver or ride app. I definitely recommend.

The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Cairo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel so welcome. The reception team, especially all the boys, were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help with absolutely everything throughout our stay. A massive thank you to Mohammed and Mostafa for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made our experience unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the magnificent view of the Pyramids from the comfort of our own balcony. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. If I ever come back to Cairo, I will 100% be staying here again because I know I’ll be well looked after.
