Kanto Region All inclusive Holidays

Seems to be on the older side wish I would have gotten a larger room. The small room definitely not great for 2 ppl. The bed was not that great. Didn’t try the restaurant but the coffee shop was really good. Pretty good location close to a lot of local things and train stations

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is super nice and modern. The staff very friendly and professional. Our room was small but we had everything needed. Everything was clean, great amenities on site. The hotel is located near a train station perfect to go anywhere in Tokyo. Convenient stores in the hotel and nearby. Great breakfast buffet

Property was incredible and large for Tokyo. Loved having separate shower and toilet areas and a washer and dryer!!

We asked for a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and was really lucky to have a great view of the Tokyo Night and Light projection show! We could not hear the sound and music from the room (which was good because it meant that we couldn't hear any outside noise), but some of the music is available on the website. The hotel is very large so sometimes the elevator takes a while. The location was very convenient to Shinkuju station as well as Tochomae station. Also, the bell captain desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient (takkyubin) with setting up luggage forwarding service all the way to Kansai KIX Airport. Thank you so much!

Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.
