Very close to StVincents Hospital

The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Rooms were very modern and clean with nice little touches like push button lights and tv worked by iPad. Location was excellent right near train stations and public transport.

This is such a cool hotel. Small room doesn’t even feel that small. Comfortable and modern. Staff are really friendly. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were good, very helpful, and good breakfast, but the hotel needs some TLC, long waiting for lifts with one lift out of action for the duration of our stay, 2 stage to get to rooms, 1 lift from street entrance to reception the second lift to bedrooms. This is not a 5 star hotel, 4 at best, it’s redeeming features were its staff, great reception and restaurant staff. Guest rooms ok, bathroom in a below par standard. We will probably try another hotel when we return in September

Very friendly staff! The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The location is unbeatable! The room was super clean and tidy every day!

Excellent place for us to use as a base for vivisting Sydney for a short holiday. 5-10min walk from Redfern railway station meaning it was easy to move around the city.

Love this hotel, staff are all helpful except for the advertised shuttle service which they don’t really have. It’s actually easy with uber. I will stay here again if I’m back in Sydney
