Suwakyo Promenade All inclusive Holidays

My family and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Niwa. All the staff were extremely helpful. The room is in a great location with easy access to two train stations.

This was our second time staying here within a month. We had such a great time the first time we came back. The staff has been amazing for both stays. The room was clean, and has nice furnishings. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has also always gone above and beyond. The outdoor seating has heaters and blankets (for winter months). It's a cozy place to have a drink, dinner or deserts. There is so much to do around the hotel (even if your not interested in Anime). Would stay again.

Clean room and great staff

This is an old school Japanese hotel. The service is impeccable with real professionals with pride working at hotel.

Room was smaller than we expected, and breakfast options were limited. Location was a bit far from the train stations. Otherwise it was great

Did not honor my platinum level because i booked via expedia. I did not like it. My status was earned, irrespective of which rate i am paying during my stay.
