A lovely 2 night stay in a beautifully renovated hotel.

Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. They only have 12 rooms and it’s a great stay. Staff knew all the guests and made us feel like family.

Breakfast very normal, no many choices.

Satyam checked us in and he was very helpful. We had 3 rooms booked. He was ready with our keys and even recognised us by our name when we walked in. That felt so personalised. One of our rooms was on 2nd floor and he helped us with our luggage when he was just passing by and saw my girls bringing their bags up. Room was very clean Had Nespresso coffee maker. There was a microwave and a refrigerator and a stove with kitchen appliances and cookware. They have a swimming pool as well. No elevators because it’s a vintage property. Well kept Has a ballroom We didn’t try breakfast buffet as it had minimal veggie options. But we had food ordered for evening and it was very tasty.

Pretty run down to be honest, when you book places like rydges you expect the standards to be the same across NZ, was just really old like the whole place a referb is much needed

We had a great stay at Pullman. The room was very spacious, the location is perfect, and the overall value for the price is excellent. The AC was amazing, super strong and kept the room very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. There is valet parking available at the hotel for an extra cost, but we didn’t need it since there was street parking available. It’s free from 6pm to 9am, and also free during the day with a time limit of 1–3 hours. Would happily stay here again.

Great location and staff. Happy about almost everything except I can smell some odor from either the carpet or the bedding. The smell of it like some heavy hikers socks

Stayed here for Ironman weekend. Convenient location, room quiet and well set up. Host friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town, good off street parking. Would certainly stay again
