Northwest Orlando All inclusive Holidays

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The water park and pools are great for the kids. The onsite restaurant is very convenient, while the food is quite good too. The grounds are very clean with mostly kind staff. A few minor issues experienced were with some non-functioning appliances (oven, toaster). We could have called to address these smaller issues, but we just worked around the non-working appliances and didn’t want to tax the help staff, nor cause any delays or disruption to our activities during our stay. Overall, we had a very positive experience during our entire stay. This was our second stay here at The Grove, and will more than likely return next year.

Beautiful home, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and glassware you could possibly need. It truly had everything necessary to make our family vacation easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We felt right at home and really appreciated how thoughtfully the house was equipped.

We booked a one bedroom cottage and it was in pretty rough shape. The fridge handle was completely broken off, the ice maker didn’t work, the cottage was dirty, and there was a strong smell of dog urine throughout the unit. The front desk staff was great and quickly moved us to upgraded cottage, which was much better. It still could have used a deep clean, but it was a huge improvement. We didn’t spend much time at the pool because we tried to avoid the lobby. The timeshare sales people were extremely pushy and constantly trying to get us to attend a presentation. Overall, the staff did a great job making things right, but our first impression was not good. Based on our experience, I’d avoid the one bedroom cottages. There are only two on the property, and at least one of them is in serious need of attention.

This hotel is by far the best for and luxury amenities for adults and kids of all ages !!! I prefer this over the Ritz any day
