8.4/10 Very good! (1,145 reviews)
Excellent room, large with full kitchen. Great location close to two tram routes.
Very clean.
Only slight negative was the pillows, flat with no comfort.
Everything else was great! Reception staff went out of their way and very friendly.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,002 reviews)
This was my first time back to this great hotel in nine years, and the team and the hotel are both terrific.
What really lets this place down is the lighting controls in the room. They are impossible to operate. My brother who is an engineer dropped by to pick me up, and offered to show me how to use the lights – and even he admitted defeat. On checkout, the agent at the desk admitted they had numerous complaints about it. So in the room you’re either in pitch black, or full blazing light. There is nothing in between.
I would definitely stay here again, but would suggest the staff run lectures on how to use the lights. And even the need to do that is ridiculous.

Great CBD location for shops and restaurants. Can be a bit nozy with construction and crowd noise. Great gym and cafe amenities
My room lighting wasnt the best and had a weird smell in my room that lingered
