Unable to use some of the appliances as we’re out of order. Very disrespectful people in other apartments on the last night . With doors slamming and music way to loud .

This place is amazing. Hosts are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Accomodation is very comfortable and views are breath Taking.

Tired hotel that they are half heartedly renovating. Housekeeping were very disinterested in servicing our room. The furniture and fittings are worn. Breakfast was inedible - we made a complaint about the charcoal toast and they didn’t care. Only saved by its very convenient location.

Loved the view and the room! Pool was lovely and the staff were too.

Ample spacing with good view and good facility. The shampoo etc can be improved. Room/bed is not super clean but okay.

We loved our stay at the Pinnacles. The views from the apartment were stunning, it was very comfortable and spacious, which allowed us to combine work with a holiday. The infinity pool was exceptional. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
