Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Overall nice property.
We got there on a busy spring break time.
So i think it was a bit too much for them to handle.
Seemed like they were understaffed and short handed…
Long lines at check in ,no information and nobody to ask …
Not great for 4 star hotel…
Pool situation was even worse-
Way too small for the amount of people and on top of that main infinity pool was closed for no reason and nobody could explain why …
Breakfast options very limited ,
So this hotel definitely not worth 4 star hotel

Many restaurants if you don’t book ahead, unfortunately some of the restaurants will not have availability for reservations. Poker room is nice. It’s big lots of card tables and you have the entertainment of the awakening there at the hotel.
