We had a layover for a night on our way to Seoul from Sydney. The rooms were so lovely and clean and I loved that we could book a connecting room.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, they booked us a taxi for our early flight the next morning.
The buffet at Ink and Plate was quite expensive but that is to be expected. We got a photo with Donald Duck after dinner and loved exploring the gardens before we went to bed.
It was a lovely stay.

Great value for the money. I wish they would include at least two bottles of water each day. Come on, water is a basic human necessity and I’d thoroughly afforded to any establishment.
I did appreciate the gym.
The free shuttle to the metro needs to run more frequently.
It often fills up and then you would have to wait 30 minutes for the next ride. If you’re not in line in the lobby you run the risk of not being able to board the next bus out.
My wife and I learned to use the octopus card
(Metro card) and was very well served by it.

The service is excellent and the breakfast buffet is beyond expectations. The staff is attentive to your needs most especially the buffet. One of the staff name Eula was very nice and helpful.
