This was our 3rd stay and everything was as expected. Staff is great and we love your cocktail menu :-)
There was a power outage in the morning, affecting part of the hotel and the staff handled it well and calmly. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience again.

Great views from the Harris suite. The room was really lovely and spacious. We really liked the private decking area. The host was really friendly and helpful, and provided breakfast early so that we could check out early. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

Clean and comfortable, good service , friendly helpful staff. Restaurant breakfast was excellent and dinners were all delicious . The pool and sauna were fine. Location is quiet .
We did not like the glass sliding door to the bathroom which is “open” on each edge so personal noise privacy compromised. A modern trend which is frankly quite awful. There is no toilet brush? Why not ?
It is 10 minutes walk to Cuba Street and buses. . 15 minutes to Te Papa , 40 minutes to The Beehive
However. we would stay again and due to a change in personal circumstances we did increase the length of our stay.
