to be honest I think your reception staff could be more helpful & patient when it comes to parking for your customers, I know the hotel is limited with parking spots & don't want to held responsible, but the info they provided for parking was pretty average - especially to those customers who are new or do not come to Wellington very often or not tech Savy with apps etc (eg. ParkMate), it can be very overwhelming, as we found out when talking to people who stayed at your hotel that weekend, a little help goes a long way for a more memorable stay
