A bit of a walk from shinjuku station and everything. Located in area of many hotels. Cool sky bar and balcony but limited food choices. Clean and tiny space w everything u need!

A modern well kept upscale hotel with very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the Shiomi station on the JR Keiyo Line - a short ride to Tokyo Station. Comfortable lobby and inviting bar and restaurant near the Lobby. Staff were very helpful.

Location is great adjacent to Ginza shopping area. Area is safe and quiet. Room is not tiny and clean. Everything is great. Breakfast is delicious too!

The room is small, which we kind of expected. Though, It has a large bathroom. The bed is a full size which was smaller than expected. Especially for 2 people. Not the most comfortable mattress, but we made due. Most restaurants don’t open till around 10am, except for the on sight Sizzler, which is about $32 pp for breakfast. Definitely more of a nightlife area.

Front desk staff was lack luster. We were about an hour early for the 3pm check in and they were text book about the 3pm rule. We mentioned that on occasion, if the room was ready, we were allowed to check in. Another staff chimed in about signing up for a basic member application using a QR code for early check in. Good grief, we’ve been traveling, tired and that’s the least thing I felt like doing. After waiting and watching the staff figure things out, like magic, they allowed us to check in. In the past, the front desk staff were very kind and sincere but recently attitudes have changed. Although other staff greeting guests and staff in the Hanamiyabi lounge are very gracious.

This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples but not for families because the shower and tub is visible from the bedroom.
