I would stop working with Expedia they are deceiving with their hidden fees and then placing the blame on your wonderful resort. Your check in staff were unbelievable

Beautiful and comfortable rooms and very friendly employees!

Street noise was a bit excessive, did not realize how much airplane and car noise would travel up to 12th level floor. And $7.50 for a Diet Coke from a hallway vending machine is pretty ridiculous.

Great place, wish there was a better path to the strip

The rooms were clean, well kept, and QUIET and the staff friendly. Self check in was a breeze, getting around was easy. It was so nice to go back to our room and be able to rest without hearing other patrons shower, cough, flush the toilet, etc.

We stayed two nights midweek in unbelievable luxury then had to move elsewhere as the weekend rates are high. If you don't have a huge budget and are prepared to switch hotels you may be lucky and get a good last minute deal (book the day before, you can usually find something unless there is a big event on). The Palazzo was fabulous!
