Property was safe and quiet. A new build so very clean. Easily accessible by train to all major areas.
Stayed as a family of 6 in a grand corner suite.
Would stay here again.

A very comfortable and spacious room! The kitchenette was great for making morning cup of tea and have take out when we got tired site seeing! The room had a washer dryer that was a great addition and so helpful in traveling light.

Amazing service, attention to detail, amenities, and buffet breakfast. My wife had a lovely time at their spa and we both enjoyed their well equipped pool area and gym.
First time staying in Tokyo and the whole staff made us feel at home instantly. It felt like we were on a honeymoon all over again! Central location too, many places are walkable or a quick drive away.
Highly recommended if you are travelling with a partner. This review is written by a Canadian :)

The service by the staff was great.
While there are many dining options available at B1 level, they are quite expensive.
The hotel rooms definitely needs upgrade or renovation as they are quite outdated and old which does not match the usual 5-star hotel I usually stay at.
