What a gem. Great location close to pier n metro. Food, amenities. Great staff n clean specious place. Overall great for family needing space near all sights

The entire hotel was amazing. We had a complimentary snack bar in our room and the hotel concierge converted our money for free. The pool was lovely and the view was amazing. There was plenty to do in the area including food and clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was always clean, and the room service was delicious. 10/10 visit and I highly recommend.

The breakfast was not recommended. The selection was limited and the food was not very good. We paid extra to include breakfast, but the value for money was quite poor. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and food delivery is also an easy option. We booked two connecting rooms. They were not inexpensive, but the extra space was definitely appreciated, especially when traveling with a child. One of the highlights was the large bathtub with ambient lighting and massage functions. It was very relaxing and made the stay feel more enjoyable. The rooftop outdoor pool was another highlight. It was a great place to swim or simply relax and enjoy some sunshine during the day. The atmosphere and night views were also lovely. The gym, however, was a disappointment. It was very basic and had limited equipment, so it’s not really suitable if you are looking for a proper workout facility. Overall, the rooms and pool made for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the breakfast and gym could definitely be improved.

Clean is proper well done job. I wanted to change the room, the front desk gave me options and I chose the best one. They are all very helpful. The location is superb, BTS &MRT are all very close, laundry service is great too but maybe more signage’s would be helpful to understand how to use the machines, and the place to get the food. All excellent !! I’d like to come back again for sure.
