The stuff, a lady at the front desk, especially at our checkout the next morning is very rude! Looks like she cannot be bothered to be courteous. The hotel room is okay, kind of small. The location is good.

We got a room upgrade upon check-in and that was the beginning of a perfect stay. Between the staff, the amenities, the food and the location, the Peninsula in Beijing was absolutely perfect.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The breakfast and Beijing duck dinner were both delicious. The attached mall was convenient. Our apartment style room was spacious and perfect for our family. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

"This was a Hutong Hotel to experience old Beijing living. It was fun! We enjoyed meeting other people too in the common area.(tip: better to use Baidu maps, than Google maps when traveling in Beijing)"
