First of all the location is excellent as it is right on the Century Park train station. So connecting to anywhere in Shanghai (including SNIEC) is incredibly convenient. The property is right opposite the beautiful Century park that needs a day of enjoyment on its own with the river and small lake, the birds, trees and picnic areas. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day and very well (shout out to the cleaning staff). The breakfast is sumptuous and quite well served. Overall 10/10 experience!!
