Clean, modern room with plenty of privacy. We had a blast during the New Year's Eve poolside party and fireworks. Daily events for kids and easy access to Sea World through the gift shop. Multiple dining options onsite and ample parking. Perfect holiday resort for families. Will be going back!

Staff are amazing, accommodation was beautiful and food was divine. A luxe experience all round.
Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge.

One of our pillows is mouldy. We only realise the morning we woke up and we saw the end of the pillow. The body wash in the shower is empty. My 5yr old daughter burn her ankle in the baby jumping castle when she did her first slide. So she did not get to enjoy much as she had pain on her foot. We did not get to ride the kangaroo tour as it is full. Hope they did at least 5 ride sessions in 1 day knowing it’s a busy time so guests can do most of the things the resort is offering. The carpet is very old hope it get changed.
Other than that the food was great.

We have stayed at Turtke Beach Resort now 5 times yes it is clean and the staff are friendly we just feel that it is now a little dated could do with an upgrade. I also have mobility issues and not having lifts is now a problem.
