Went for work. Appreciated the early check in.

Checkin experience was stressful. The bar was closed the entire time we were there. The cafe/restaurant in the hotel appears to be outsourced and the seating did not look comfortable with limited tables and chairs combined with share bench tables with high stools. We opted to not have breakfast there. The decor was antique but appeared uncared for. There was a broken glass cabinet in the main reception area with a warning sign. Overall very disappointing experience coming back to this once premier hotel.

Great spot. Been here a few times now and will return again when on Sunshine Coast. Room was very good as always.

Our room was spacious, house keeping did an excellent job every day. The gym had limited floor space, could perhaps have some little cubby shelves to put belongings in, one of the two treadmills not working. The beach view was awesome. The lifts were noisy next to our room. Very convenient location in Surfers.

The staff were hands down one of the highlights of our stay. There was absolutely nothing that was an issue nothing that was too hard for them to assist with. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The amenities were excellent. A great family friendly place to go

Lovely stay. Fantastic location for beach, bars, restaurants and transport. Lagoon outlook and infinity pool are beautiful.
