Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and well accommodated... lots of plug outlets for modern travelers. (Free movies that we did not take advantage of as the weather was too good to be indoors.) Bathroom supplies were wonderful and plentiful. The espresso machine in the common area was fantastic. Location was also very good... within 2 blocks of everything we wanted to do and visit. There was also free laundry... here you need to patient as there is only one washer and dryer for 32 units... but the machines were modern and detergent and softener are included. We were very impressed with everything!

Overall property has a lot of features, things to do and beautiful lobby. The yard and pool could use a good cleanup

We stayed in Morris #517. This is an excellent well appointed, clean and remodeled unit. Some of the common areas have not been as well maintained, and a number of areas are currently being worked on. This is a mix of long term rentals, residents and short term holiday units. The local by the Cultural district is unparalleled in Cairns and makes this a great choice for active folks. the airplanes do land/take off nearby, so if that would be a bother to you please be sure to consider. For us, no worries.

Room was very nice, clean and great views of Darling Harbour.

staff very helpful and professional, rooms clean and bed is so comfy that I slept in for the first time ever. location was great too. walking distance to anything and everything. I highly recommend it

The rooms are large and decorated in the heritage style expected for this hotel. I stayed for the architecture of this hotel and was somewhat disappointed with my stay. Only one staff member was on reception and dealing with some complex issues for another customer. The wait was long after delayed flights. Was given a room with twin beds despite travelling solo. The tv service was out & no menus available in for room service that closed shortly. Once ordered down at reception, salad arrived quickly and was delicious. I wish I could’ve stayed more than one night and had a better first impression.

The A/C was set to cold.The cleaning staff did a good job keeping the room clean. The front desk staff was helpfull in booking tours. The breakfast could use an upgrade to allow food to leavethe building.

The pools were great for the kids. The onsite restaurant was good and convenient. There was also a Woolworths next door.

Very good quality amenities. Clean room and good location. I enjoyed staying and Brady Hotels group is a trusted brand to me.
