So many pools. Great landscape. Overall great amenities.

The cottage was wonderful. Stocked with everything you need just bring your food, drink and toilet paper! The cottage we stayed at was a perfect location just 5 minute walk to the amazing pool complex. The resort is great. Planning on going back soon.

I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend

The property is situated further away from downtown Orlando than original thought. The pools were beautifully kept and the area was over very clean. The waterpark was “mid”, nothing special but enjoyable for a day or so. The unfortunate part of the trip is that I’ve been to numerous resorts but this lacked basic items I’m used to for resorts of this price point. No tennis courts, minimal resort activities and the food- not very good when we tried it. Room was nice and big, view pretty from the balcony but overall not worth the cost seeing as limited actual resort activities unless your whole trip you plan on being in the pool. If your goal is basic room with pool access, you expectations will be met. If you have older kids who need more activities- I’d recommend not booking.

Everything was excellent and very clean!!

Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.

Everything great, food great , breakfast with characters was awesome, but im not sure if top restaurant is a michellin restaurant , its great but far from other Michelin restaurants.
