Everything was great Except the bad smell from the drainage canal

I stay here frequently and the stay was as great as always.

I have stayed here three years in a row and I will keep coming back. The rooms have been recently renovated and are both more stylish and modern as well as having greater functionality. The property is well maintained, has an excellent breakfast buffet with many choices, and a large swimming pool - deck area to entertain families or if you are like me just to rest before a long night out in the nightlife zones. As I have written before, my favorite part of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff across all the working departments of the hotel. I believe staff retention is very high here, as i have seen many of the same faces across the three years I have stayed. I think that speaks to the overall quality of the hotel and in general is nice to see familiar faces. I will continue to book this hotel on return trips to Pattaya.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we are happy with staffs, foods and cleanliness. The staff name Bai Fern was vey helpful, she helped me to get the room that satisfied ours needs. Overall this hotel is an excellent choice for me. Will stay here again next year. Thanks
