From the moment we arrived the second we were saying good bye. Everyone was very attentive and always there to help or answer all questions. Our pool in our room was amazing.mosquitos was just an issue early morning and late night. To be expected is all. Thanks for an amazing time in this resort. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Enjoyable family stay

Besides at the Sapphire, two bedroom villa, the room itself is very spacious, beautiful pool, and everything you need for a family stay. If I had to say one thing is that it’s hard to control the air conditioner temperature in the room, and there are trash bins missing in the kitchen, other than that - an excellent hotel

The service, the room and the area are amazing, 15-20 minutes from the center but is very quiet, the staff are nice and friendly, every request i had was granted, i love this place, the only thing that i don't like is that the pool is only 0,60 m deep
