Great place to stay and ideal in many ways. The house staff were good but the restaurant staff seemed tired and disinterested. The meals were ok but the noise wasn’t

No view but excellent spot. Very clean but a bit old fashion. In general it was good 👍 for a family stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was good 😊

Don’t book room 35 The actual facility is magnificent Pool , bbq,outdoor area great Just undone by an a room badly in need of an upgrade

This is a very nice resort and the couple now managing it are extremely helpful, nice and professional. Unfortunately we were in Hervey Bay for a funeral, but we found this resort a nice place to stay. It happened to be winter break and it was very hard to find any condos available anywhere, so we were lucky to get this resort. We had to switch condos due to availability issues (not their fault). The excellent managers helped us to switch the afternoon before the funeral rather than the morning of as planned, which we really appreciated. Our first condo was the 3 story condo with 4 bedrooms. It was in outstanding condition and I really enjoyed the outdoor balcony on the second floor. Kitchen was well equipped and all of our needs were met. Our second condo was a 2 story 3 bedroom condo. It was in very good condition but lacked the balcony the 3 story condo had. Also, the kitchen was not quite as well equipped. But it met all our needs. The 3 story condo had central AC whereas the 2 story condo had room air conditioners. Being from America, where these room air conditioners are not really used where we live, we had no idea how to adjust them so the manager came and helped us and later the battery needed to be replaced on a smoke detector and he quickly arrived and replaced it. Whoever hired this couple to manage the place made a great decision as they truly care and take pride in their work!

I would highly recommend staying at The Ramada Hervey Bay. They do the Best breakfast! Lovely clean rooms. Very comfortable and quiet. The pool and spa are beautiful as well. Extremely well maintained and clean in all areas of the hotel.
