Yes to the staff. My only complaint is that I wish I had asked for a queen bed . We had a King and only one nightstand. We stayed with you last Month. Dec 3-10 . in Building 1100. We are planning a return visit in February around the middle of the month. I prefer the first floor.

Room was clean, outdoor pool areas were very nice. The concierge lady we had was extremely pushy with the time share presentation and had issues with her laughing and making rude remarks to me on the phone, but the front desk staff of the property were very friendly and helpful with our concern.

The room was clean. It was a nice area. Maintenance was well done kind of far to the parks. The Disney parks and transportation only ran parsley so I had to Uber, which caused it more money.
