The staff member who greeted us was extremely helpful and professional. She was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, such as a microwave and cutlery.
The location was amazing and easy walking distance to the tennis.

Spacious rooms, quiet location. Very nice to be opposite the botanic gardens and a short tram ride or walk to the city. The Royal Domain cafe nearby is a convenient, good quality, friendly establishment serving great food and coffee.

A very cool hotel in a great location, right on the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room, AMAZING gym, great bar, cafe and restaurant. Sadly we didn’t have time to experience the spa but it looked lovely! We would definitely stay again :).

We had a family room withbalcony which accommodated our two adult children and us. Twinbeds worked great for our adult twins. The kitchen facilities were more than we expected as we ate in most of the fime after busy days. The location is top notch for St. KILDA beaching and getting to the aussie open tennis. The staff was very accommodating and helpful in all ways.
