Division No. 14 Adventure Holidays

Large contemporary rooms with comfy beds. Nice and quiet in the room. Fairly long line to check in. Requested the balance for the two rooms to be charged on a different credit card than what was used to initially book the room. Not sure the front desk person understood what we were asking. Then, later discovered from housekeeping they had one room checking out one day earlier than the other room, which was incorrect. Both rooms had been booked for the same time period. Had to go to the front desk and find out why they did that. The front desk person had to call someone. He said it had been done by his manager? I think it was done by the front desk person who checked us in. Fortunately he was able to resolve the issue by revising the checkout date.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

The Conrad exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, inviting, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to Emilio at the Agave Bar, whose outstanding service and warm personality made our experience even more memorable. He was one of the friendliest servers we’ve ever encountered. Overall, our stay was simply wonderful, and we look forward to returning.

Convenient for walking around. Nice and clean room just little noisy when people talking and walking.

Room was really nice and clean

Hotel was absolutely beautiful inside and out! Staff was extremely helpful every time. Numerous pools! The prestige club lounge was peaceful and offered daily breakfast and hors d’oeuvres at dinner time. Transportation was SO easy, there are taxis lined up downstairs at all times. Hotel is connected to the sphere so walking there is inside and easy! Bring money for food, it’s pricey. The only downside I have is the A/C unit in our room was knocking constantly and got on my nerves. Also be very aware of the fridge and don’t touch anything before looking at the pricing, a can of coke is $10. Daily housekeeping, put do not disturb sign on the door if you don’t want it. I ordered the club sandwich from room service and it was THE BEST! 9/10 would recommend staying here!
