Clean, amenities were great and modern.

Two rooms had been booked. One wasn't ready until well after 3pm. I had given my credit card details as security and agreed, when asked by reception, that the cost of both rooms go on it. The first I knew there was a surcharge for that was when the payment showed up on my banking app! That should not happen! The staff were all very pleasant and I got an apology- but no refund of the charge. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, but the hotel really needs a refurb - particularly the bathrooms.

The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. The guy at the front desk was helpful but did not seem professional. Parking was horrible. I would stay there again but only in a pinch.

Excellent Accommodation

The staff were very nice to us. They helped us to book the best rate for an added night and with a late checkout. Very cool, old-fashioned decor. It is close to a lovely park and many restaurants.

Hôtel adapté aux familles avec piscine, sauna, terrain de tennis, salle de sport, parcours de golfs. La suite famille est supperbe avec la cusine et le jaccuzi intérieur.
