good location for transit, nice ambience, polite and friendly staff, spacious rooms with a superstore and ATM nearby. overall a great place to stay. We used the hotel taxi for our trips which was good at reasonable cost. The only issue we had was patchy wifi but I am sure staff would have sorted it if we had asked.

The hallmark of the hotel is the staff. Amazing friendliness, very accommodative and made us feel very much at home. Hotel overall was convenient and did justice to our stay. Check in was delayed for at least 45 minutes. It didn’t appear to be busy at the reception. Restaurant: Dinner was quite good with a well planned menu. Much variety and on point when it came to taste. Desserts could be better as seemed to be in the same spectrum. Breakfast could have been better on quality. Rooms were good sized, beds with average comfort. TV remote did not work but didn't really use it. Bathroom was well equipped. Showers with good pressure and wonderful hot water. Could have better utility for hanging towels and hooks for cloth storage. Would like to come back and enjoy the hospitality again.

The staff was great, but overall the hotel could use some improvement. There was a bit of a language barrier, and at times certain English words were not fully understood, which is understandable but did create some minor challenges. The spa was fantastic, and the massages were truly excellent. Breakfast was also outstanding—very well organized and enjoyable. I was especially appreciative of how smoothly the airport pickup was coordinated. That said, the hotel could improve the quality of its bedding. Unfortunately, the pillows appeared to be moldy, holes which was quite unpleasant. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

No refrigerator in room this is a biggie for travellers like us in the tropics . Only two skinny towels gym closed rooms ok but not flash at all

Fabulous room, very tastefully appointed, with a huge bed and good size en-suite shower room. The staff are, without exception, friendly helpful and obliging. The architecture is unusual, attractive and interesting, with a little bit of a safari lodge feel to it. The villa is a little bit remote but there is easy access to local facilities via taxi, or Tuk Tuk. Our only slight disappointment was the limited range of choice from the menu available in the evenings and the portions were sometimes less than might be expected. In summary, a fabulous place to relax for a few days among quiet surroundings and you may be lucky to have some interesting wildlife visitors.
