Really nice hotel with great amenities

A fantastic hotel. The service was fantastic and the rooms (we had two adjoining rooms for our family) were spacious and had amazing views. We were sorry to leave and can't wait to return.

Huge hotel. Very well maintained. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in June 2025. What we liked the most about this hotel was the ambience and the view. The room was also quite clean, and then room service was good. What we did not like about it is as follows: 1) they charge extra for breakfast for guests 5 yrs old and younger. At least in one other hotel in Japan we used the breakfast was free for young kids 2) while this hotel is close to the metro stations, it is not close to the convenience stores like 7-11, everything close by this hotel and in the building is very expensive. 3) the reception staff could not speak English very well, so was difficult communicating with them!

De forma general todo es excelente. La bienvenida es única. Cerveza, galletitas, jugos. Excelente refrigerios. El personal, la limpieza, el restaurante. Todo bueno. Gracias
