Treasure Island asks for a charge every time the customers ask for something. For example they asked for a 75$+tax for a late check out. I was feeling under the weather and asked for some hot water or an electric kettle. They asked for 20$ for three glasses of hot water.
We did an early checkin worth 50$… they just don’t extend the courtesy.
I travel all around the world, but these were the most weirdest asks I’ve ever come across. And there’s no chairs or couches for early check in or late check out patrons. They have to sit on which looked like a bed bench.
