We requested an adjoining room, but were placed on different floors. The front desk would not listen to our concerns. We were placed in the rush tower, our room was clean but the tub was rusted on the outside and always backing up when you used the shower (didn't drain properly). Waitresses were never around when you wanted a beverage. Also, resort fees are ridiculous, especially when the pool was not open. What are we paying for then?

We enjoyed our stay at the NY NY hotel (except self-checkin was a bit confusing). The hotel has lots a good restaurants and is conveniently located near a lot of fun activities and the airport.
