We are from Florida and Hotel Captain Cook really stood out for us. We arrived later in day, wonderful staff checked us in, and then we headed to the rooftop restaurant for an appetizer and drink. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and a cozy experience.

Rooms felt dirty, descriptions on Expedia are not accurate. No pool, gym at location nothing stated that you had to walk across -5 degrees for pool or gym. Also the wanted to charge money to clean the room. Also we had to change rooms due to develop a huge itchy all over.

First i wouldn't have picked this hotel if i knew it was going through renovations. The rooms were run down and i had to ask multiple times to get my room cleaned and ask for toilet paper. This is probably the worse of the marriott properties i have stayed at
