Courteous staff from the Concierge department (went above & beyond with their service), Front desk, Housekeeping and the Breakfast restaurant staff. Very pleased and happy with our stay there during the Holidays.
Location great, property beautiful, just we loved it.

Well we were called because of noise. But the way they approach to us in the door was very rude. Imagine you were dying or something was going on instead of you asking what happened you decided to talk to us like kids. The hotel was great besides that experiences.
