Orlando Adventure Holidays

Charged me ninety dollars on my card to check in, including a large resort fee they waived for another customer and not me. My friend also told me their Starbucks was not actually Starbucks and tasted terrible and they had to throw it out. You can't reach them on the phone and they didn't reply after hours waiting to the text they told me to message them at. They also "upgraded" my room to have a Jacuzzi, but the upgrade was a room next to the pool which was incredibly loud and didn't have the couch or sitting area so kind of a wash. Comfortable bed and convenient location though and the staff was nice.

It’s a decent hotel just overpriced for a place that still has shower curtains. You have to pay resort fees, parking fees if you have a car, and I actually had to pay to get my Amazon package which is crazy. They have all deliveries go into the fedex office. If I would have known, I would've told the Amazon driver to call me when they were downstairs so I can get my package. The rooms were clean. They don’t have microwaves in the room. If you want one for your stay, it’s $25. I picked this place because of the lazy river. The lazy river was boring. It barely moves you. My daughter loves lazy rivers but wouldn’t get in because there were leaves and stuff all in the river. I usually stay at the same property every time I visit Orlando. I wanted to stay somewhere else this time so I tried this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll stick to my usual property or try a different hotel next time.

The restaurant was disappointing for a resort hotel. I would expect to be able to order from a menu with a variety of selections. It seemed to be closed in the evening so I could not have an evening meal or late night snack.

Great rooms. Had 3 bed option. Volcano poole and whale pools had good entertainment options for down days. Crazy golf, tennis and basket ball courts all well maintained. Reception and entertainment teams brilliant and friendly
