The location of this hotel is surrounded by urine soaked sidewalks, filth, and a few dead rats along the way; including one at the entrance. Combined with the complete lack of staff on-site, are reasons I will not return. Shame on the city of Los Angeles for the disgusting environment and shame on STILE by Kasa for offering no human interaction.

History of property worth the visit. Lobby, fitness, bar nice. Room was very average 90’s vintage refurbish, poorly done. Room not very clean. The non-opening window very dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only downfall was the traffic outside. There was someone on a mortorcycle driving around with loud pipes and loud music. We did not get to sleep until after midnight.
