This property looks amazing on the website but wasn’t great. It was not what we had hoped for. The AC didn’t work the entire four days of being there. We never got towels after repeated asks and it’s just so unorganized. You have to walk further for any adult areas and all inclusive is only from 11am-11pm, at select areas because the pool bars close at 6pm. We won’t be staying there again.

We love SID and have stayed here before. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and we’ve never had any complaints about our stay. The only downside is that they are always trying to sell you a timeshare. The constant sales pitches can make your vacation a little less relaxing and enjoyable. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back.

The property has some obvious places where it was a rush finish, however none of these flaws impacted our stay at all. Service was excellent in most of the resort. Pools were clean and chairs/beds by beach and pool were available throughout the day. Beach clean up was constant and well done. Food was good all around. Housekeeping was excellent. Drink service was great and we enjoyed the creativity of many bartenders in concocting unique drinks upon request. Overall a fantastic stay and we will plan on returning again. I wanted to mention specific staff that were amazing but this site won’t let me. Piano Bar, Seaside, adult pool all had great service!
