Manitoulin Island Adults Only Holidays

My experience was OK . I don’t think I will stay there again. First, I don’t recommend using the kiosk check-in unless you have experience doing this. It didn’t give me a price of what it was charging me. Just wanted me to put my card in. And never gave me a receipt. In addition to that there is a hidden $52 resort fee. The reason I chose the Rio is because the pool area looked beautiful and I was excited to spend a lot of time there. Unfortunately, check-in is at four checkout is 11 and the pool is only opened from 10 to 5. That literally gives you next to no time at the pool. Ordering food was not a good experience from the food court. You have to order through a kiosk and there’s no way to give details at certain restaurants. For example, not wanting salsa on your burrito or something similar. Not only that, but I got through the whole entire ordering process just to find out what I wanted was no longer available so we had to start from scratch. I ended up just being super frustrated with it and leaving without food. The room was very nice very clean. I loved the suite with the couch and the views of the strip were amazing, but beware not to even lift a water bottle or a candy jar off of the tray. You will be charged $75 if anything is lifted off of that Tre for more than 30 seconds. There’s not even a big sign that says that there’s a tiny sign with very fine print you have to read.

Absolutely loved our room. The style and decor were very modern, especially loved the bed. The vanity was also really nice. We had a great view. The amenities were great and it was convenient that the theater was right downstairs. The line to check in was a little long, but other than that, everything was awesome.

I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations. We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by but not in the hotel which was fine for us.
