Location is excellent for theater and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a variety for everyone but there is a charge $25. The room was clean and well appointed but the fire alarms with continuous announcements went on from 12 AM to after 1 AM. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Inexpensive with most standard amenities and fairly clean since there's no carpet. Units with kitchenettes & balcony have the view of nightmares. Awful! Other rooms have no view except windowed bldg. (much better), but the rms are decent for staying in Manhattan. Balcony holds 1 chair but view is completely blocked so why sit there (rhet.)? I switched rooms next day when another room (I wanted "ANY room") became available.

All the staff were very friendly. Beautiful flower arrangements. Room service was very good! I will visit again. The beds were comfortable and they have turn down service!
Located right in the heart of Times Square so you can walk to so many things.
