The resort was wonderful, clean, safe, friendly. Perfect for kids. Amazing view, spent hours at the pool while watching the whales in the ocean. My only complaint is the upgrade at the resort for the premium AI package.

We had an amazing stay at Kadun Hotel Boutique in Cabo San Lucas — truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions about the area and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shout out to all the staff as well for their hospitality and assistance. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the city, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere. Overall i give the resort 8/10. Location was perfect. 3-4 minute uber ride to the marina. Mango deck is literally a block down. Would i return and stay here? Probably would do so again. Rooms are huge for the price. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials

I can't find one bad thought about this place. Everyone was friendly/respectful. Owe are currently planning another stay here in September

I was so looking forward to the food. Don’t get me wrong the resort is aesthetic and you’ll get the vibe you see in the pictures and the staff is really nice but the amenities are scarce, pools are small and food is TERRIBLE at all the restaurants. I would 100% not come back or recommend the resort especially for the price like I would other places I’ve stayed at in Cabo.

Beautiful views from the pools on the Club side but there were many kids so if you are looking for more of a relaxing setting stay at the hotel side. Pool service is also slow .
