Beautiful room and amenities

The staff was very kind and helpful! Always answered questions and very polite. The rooms were clean. However, From the pictures posted on Expedia to what the rooms actually looked like we're very different. The beach front was pretty but again not what it looked like online. From our room the doors were very thin and we could hear everything going on in the halls. We didn't feel it was a four star hotel as advertised, we also recognised that every location has a different standard of hotel. We are grateful it was clean.

Loved this stay! It was unique to anything ive stayed in before. I loved how it was in the jungle with the nature and the pool area was beautiful! Would definitely return

We were upgraded to a beautiful room . It was spotless. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpfull. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach .a girl who worked in the breakfast was particularly helpful as i have a problem walking she got our drinks and food

Good except for one staff member that was extremely rude to me. She works at the bar. I was trying to sign for my bar check at the pool and she very loudly and aggressively said I was not registered in that room. I felt completely humiliated- as she did this loudly and in front of other guests. I asked her to check with the front desk to confirm this was in fact my room. Which it was. She could handled this with kindness and discretion, but she chose not to. If the hotel wishes- I can provide a picture of this woman.

Food was great, pool was very nice and clean.

Our room was absolutely stunning - it was so spacious and modern with our own pool overlooking the mountains. The staff were amazing - so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was incredible, you can use an app to order a range of drinks and hot dishes alongside a cold buffet. One morning we had the floating breakfast which was a special experience. We ate at the hotel twice as the restaurant was so delicious. The rooftop bar is fun with a nice selection of cocktails. The only negative is that the hotel is very close to the main road in Ao Nang which has a much less calm and luxurious atmosphere. This does mean the location is central for getting around, especially to the beach and piers for boat trips/speed boats and ferries
