The hotel was quite nice and the meals at the restaurant (whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner) were all exceptionally good (though not an inexpensive experience!).

10/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!!

Excellent visit in every way. Beautiful property in wonderful location. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The property is convenient to the rest of Tokyo but feels like you are removed from the big city. The garden is amazing.
