This was my second stay at Lucien and it was another great experience. The hotel staff are truly amazing and make your stay easy and relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and it's extremely easy to explore so many things. Very satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.

Stayed here while I was in Hanoi. It was a great hotel to stay at for my trip in Vietnam. The room was spotless and there were multiple amenities at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. The manager Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi.

Decent luxury hotel but a real issue is that they don’t let you order from outside restaurants for take out. I have never heard of this rule. Made me feel trapped. I had to eat at their mediocre restaurant. I would not go back. It seems like an anti consumer rule.
