Lights went out in the room for over 2 minutes while in the shower. The safe did not work, the sliding patio door lock was broken and the jaccuzi tub did not work. Following day we had no water in the room and the TV didn't work.

The property is very nice. There was minor maintenance issues with shower in my room, but it were addressed. The food was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and the resort were beautiful. The food wasn’t that good, and there weren’t many options at the restaurants. The staff was wonderful, very polite, and courteous. There weren’t many activities going on at the resort which was kind of a bummer. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal.
